Troopers Investigate Tractor Trailer Rollover on I-291 in Windsor

On Monday, 07/22/24 at approximately 12:00 PM, personnel from Troop H- Hartford were dispatched to I-291 westbound at the I-91 southbound exit ramp for a tractor trailer unit rollover. On scene investigation determined that the trailer weight had shifted in transit, causing the vehicle to roll onto its right side. Minor injuries were reported, and both the operator and passenger were transported. At the time of this writing, the scene remains active with the ramp to I-91 southbound closed.
