Troop H Seeks Assistance in Identifying Suspect in Hartford Vehicle Theft

On Monday, 07/24/2023, at approximately 4:04 p.m., Troop H in Hartford responded to a report of a vehicle stolen from a parking lot at the Hartford Armory, located on Broad Street in Hartford. Security camera footage in the area depicted an individual entering a blue, 2012 four-door Ford F-150, displaying the Connecticut registration plate “DOGTAG”, and driving it out of the parking area onto Capitol Avenue. The individual is described as a white male, between 30-40 years old, with short dark hair and a full beard and moustache, wearing a yellow plaid shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack.
