On Wednesday, 07/09/25, personnel from Troop K- Colchester located and arrested Nicholas Ninteau (DOB 12/04/86), of Windham, on the strength of an active arrest warrant. The warrant for Ninteau's arrest stemmed from an investigation in June 2025 where Troopers responded to the parking lot of a restaurant on Boston Tpke in Bolton following the report of two people unconscious within the vehicle.

Further investigation determined that Ninteau was operating under the influence at the time of the incident. The investigation also determined that Ninteau had two minor children in his custody, who were not properly secured in car seats. Both children were located outside of the vehicle in the parking lot during the investigation, having let themselves out of the vehicle.
