On 10/12/2024 at approximately 12:12 PM, the missing person from Haddam, Normand Manning, was found within the Cockaponset State Forest and pronounced deceased on scene. Manning's family has been notified. DEEP is conducting an investigation into the untimely death, and this investigation is active and ongoing at this time.
