**UPDATE** - Maureen Fitzgerald has been located.
On 05/06/2022, Troopers assigned to Troop L in Litchfield responded to the Fernwood Rest Home, located at 400 Torrington Rd in Litchfield to investigate the report of a missing person. Staff reported that Maureen Fitzgerald (D.O.B 03/25/1948) was seen boarding a public transit bus, traveling to the Torrington Public Library, at approximately 11:00AM, and was last seen entering an unknown red vehicle at the library, at approximately 2:30PM.
