Hartford Woman Arrested for March 2022 Bank Robberies in Tolland County

On Wednesday April 30, 2025, at approximately 2: 26 PM, Troopers from Troop C - Tolland were notified by the Hartford Police Department that they had Sarah Stuart (DOB 10/20/1990) in custody on two outstanding warrants from the Eastern District Major Crimes Squad. The arrest warrants for Stuart were issued in connection with two same day bank robberies in Tolland County in March of 2022.

Stuart was subsequently arrested and transported to Troop C where she was processed on the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:

2500118951 - Tolland

C.G.S. 53a-135 - Robbery in the Second Degree

C.G.S. 53a-125b - Larceny in the Sixth Degree

2500119012 - Mansfield

C.G.S. 53a-134(a)(3) - Robbery in the First Degree

C.G.S. 53a-48/53a-134 - Conspiracy to Commit Robbery in the First Degree

Stuart was held on a court-set total of $250,000 bonds, awaiting arraignment at Rockville Superior Court on 05/01/2025.
