Detectives have arrested a 3rd person in the Rocky Hill homicide investigation. The arrest occurred today in the town of Windsor, Connecticut. We would like to thank the public for their continued support and Rocky Hill Police Department for their assistance in the arrest. Further details regarding the arrest, to include arrest warrant affidavit, booking photograph and criminal release will be disseminated once the individual has been properly processed.
