CDMCS & Rocky Hill Police Detectives Make 3rd Arrest in Rocky Hill Homicide

Detectives have arrested a 3rd person in the Rocky Hill homicide investigation. The arrest occurred today in the town of Windsor, Connecticut. We would like to thank the public for their continued support and Rocky Hill Police Department for their assistance in the arrest.
