CSP Collision Analysis Reconstruction Squad (CARS) along with Central District Major Crime Squad have assumed the investigation of the motor vehicle crash in Wethersfield following an incident which started in Hartford. Any other inquiries regarding what led up to the incident will be handled by the Hartford Police Department.
