On 10/07/2026, at approximately 9:06 p.m., a State Police Sergeant assigned to Troop D in Danielson was conducting proactive motor vehicle enforcement on I‑395 southbound in Putnam. During these efforts, the Sergeant observed a BMW M3 traveling at an excessive rate of speed in the area of Exit 46.
