CT State Police working in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) have identified the two victims of the fatal collision which occurred on I-95 in Groton on 09/13/2024.
The vehicle operator was identified as, Timothy I. Montague (DOB: 11/27/87), of New London.
The passenger of the vehicle was identified as, Lori Lynn Botero (DOB: 12/18/89), of New London.
Next of Kin have been notified.
This investigation is active and ongoing.
