State Police Troop D seek public's assistance in identifying Woodstock ARC donation thieves

On 6/4/22 at approximately 8:55pm, an unidentified male and female stole the donated cans and bottles from the ARC Emporium located in Woodstock, CT. They returned on 6/5/22 at 8:15pm and stole the donated cans and bottles again. The ARC is an organization which accepts donations from the local community and uses those donations to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities assimilate into their local communities. Trooper Manbeck at Troop D in Danielson is looking for help from the public to identify the two parties in the video and photographs.
