Please see the attached Silver alert notification. The last known sighting of Stearns while attempting to locate him indicates he has lost layers of clothing. He was last seen in grey shorts, white t-shirt and no footwear. Anyone spotting this individual is asked to contact Troop C- Tolland at 860-896-3200.
