Today at 11am the Connecticut State Police Fire and Explosion Investigation Unit will be holding a press conference at Troop L - Litchfield, 452 Bantam Rd, Litchfield, CT 06759. This press conference will be concerning the arsons that occurred yesterday 2/27/21 across the state.
