Man Arrested Following Investigation into February Crash I-95 in Groton

Following an investigation into a February crash on Interstate 95 which involved an off-duty Town of Groton Police Officer and a pedestrian standing outside of a parked vehicle located in the travel lane of the highway, State Police conducted a thorough investigation and subsequently arrested the driver of the parked vehicle for operating under the influence and other motor vehicle charges associated with this incident.
