CSP Youth Week Registration Remains Open for Rising High School Seniors; Deadline is June 5th


🚨 Applications for the 2026 Connecticut State Police Youth Week close June 5 🚨


If you know a high school junior going into their senior year and might be interested in leadership, teamwork, public safety, or a future career in law enforcement, now is the time to apply.


From August 2–7, 2026, cadets will take part in an immersive week of hands-on training and mentorship with the Connecticut State Police and our public safety partners.


Cadets will experience:

🔹 Leadership development

🔹 Physical fitness training

🔹 Public speaking

🔹 Defensive tactics

🔹 Intro to investigations & accident reconstruction

🔹 First responder medical care

🔹 Firearms safety & education

🔹 Critical thinking & essay writing


Participants will also interact with:

đźš“ K9 Unit

🚨 Emergency Services Unit

đźš” Traffic Unit

🎖️ Military service members

🕵️ Polygraph Unit

🏛️ State Police Museum

đź‘® Patrol Troopers


This is an incredible opportunity to build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills while learning directly from Connecticut’s law enforcement professionals.
