CSP Bureau of Special Investigation Conducting an Operation in Tolland

The Connecticut State Police Bureau of Special Investigations is conducting an operation in the Town of Tolland. Spring Mountain Road between Tolland Stage Road (Rt 74) and Elizabeth Lane will be closed and the general public are encouraged to avoid the area.  The area is contained and there is no threat to the public. CSP is being assisted by the CSP ESU Tactical and MSP Tactical Team, Trooper 1, and Air 1. The CT Department of Agriculture is also on scene. This is an ongoing, active investigation and no other will be released at the time. Additional inquires should be directed to the Connecticut State Police Public Information Office.
