Bank Robbery in Sharon, CT

Preliminary reports show that on August 2, 2021, at approximately 12:37pm Troop B - North Canaan received reports of an active robbery occurring at Salisbury Bank located at 5 Gay Street in Sharon. The suspect, who is believed to be a white male, wearing blue jeans and a blue sweater, fled the scene on foot. We are asking everyone to avoid the area between Route 41, Route 4, and Hill Top Rd as Troopers search for the suspect.
