The Connecticut State Police, in collaboration with the Connecticut State Legislature and the Connecticut Department of Transportation is pleased to announce the Trooper Irving Nelson Memorial Roadway dedication ceremony. Trooper Irving H. Nelson was killed in the line of duty on April 6, 1928.
