On 10/21/2026 at approximately 3:04 a.m., a Trooper was conducting proactive laser speed enforcement on I-395 Northbound, north of Exit 2 in Waterford. From their position in the median, the Trooper observed a vehicle traveling northbound on I-395 at an apparent high rate of speed.
