Connecticut State Police has accepted the resignation of a Trooper, following her arrest on January 8, 2026. Please see attached Criminal Information Summary and Warrant.

All parties have been identified in the fatal crash that occurred on 01/04/2026. Due to the decedents being juveniles the names will not be released by the Connecticut State Police. This investigation remains active and there is no further information available for release at this time.

On 12/30/2025 TFC Timothy Haroian was terminated from state service following an internal affairs investigation into his conduct. When the initial accusations were brought forward, it was the priority of the Connecticut State Police to immediately remove TFC Haroian from his position as an SRO in order to protect any potential victim and other students.
