On 2/4/23 at approximately 12:31pm, Troop K Troopers responded to the area of 18 Clark Rd., Colchester for a medical. Upon arrival, Troopers observed a man identified as Jody Fellows (DOB: 05/18/70), to be unresponsive in the woods behind the residence. Fellows and his brother were cutting down trees when a falling tree struck Fellows. There is no criminal aspect. Next of kin was notified on scene, ME responded to the scene.
