CSP Task Forces Team With Local Agencies For Narcotics Arrest of Shelton Man

On Wednesday, 06/29/2022, the Connecticut State Police Statewide Narcotics Task Force - Southwest Office (SNTF-SW), Statewide Urban Violence Cooperative Crime Control Task Force (SUVCCCTF), Bridgeport Police Department and Shelton Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located at 504 Huntington Street, in Shelton. The search warrant execution was based on a SNTF-SW narcotics investigation that developed information that heroin and crack cocaine were being sold from the residence. As a result of the search, detectives seized suspected crack cocaine, suspected heroin/fentanyl, as well as scales and packaging materials consistent with evidence of narcotics sales. A male, identified as Mark Danielczuk (DOB 08-10-1974), was present at the residence at the time of the search and was subsequently arrested. Danielczuk was transported to Troop G, in Bridgeport, where he was processed without incident on the following charge:

C.G.S. 21a-278(b(1A Possession of Narcotics W/Intent to Sell (2 counts).

Danielczuk was released on a $150,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear at Derby Superior Court on 07/12/2022.

Investigated by the CT State Police Statewide Narcotics Southwest Office which is comprised of State Police Detectives, and Task Force Officers from Shelton Police and Orange Police. This investigation is part of the joint effort to disrupt the illegal opioid and narcotics sales that lead to overdose deaths.
