On 08/19/2026, at approximately 2:06 a.m., Troopers assigned to Troop H in Hartford were dispatched to the area of the Exit #56 entrance ramp to I-84 eastbound in East Hartford in response to a wrong way driver notification. Preliminary reports indicate that on 08/18/2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Troopers assigned to Troop C in Tolland responded to a report of a suspicious incident on South Road in Somers.
